CHALLENGE: DEFINING WHAT MATTERS MOST TO MEMBERS

REBRAND

We helped CAP COM Federal Credit Union reimagine their brand identity to better represent who they are at the core of their organization. Our team was immersed in the culture, business challenges, and field of membership which led us to rally around a brand idea—people advocacy. This idea informed everything from voice and tone to visual identity. With the implementation of their rebrand, CAP COM has seen increased effectiveness and cohesiveness in their messaging.

People Advocates Video

To bring the brand idea—people’s advocacy—to life, we created a video to let CAP COM’s field of membership know they had a financial institution in their corner.

 

Brand Guide Highlight

Our design team created a vibrant, energetic color pallet reflecting the energy and positivity of the brand. As a large organization with many sub brands, CAP COM needed an extended color palette that could be organized into smaller “mini color palettes.” The breakdown keeps designed pieces looking fresh, while maintaining brand recognition.

Implementing Across Different Mediums

A segmented rollout allowed us to tackle collateral in a cost-effective manner. The first things to change beyond digital advertising was print collateral that needed re-orders. We designed transition in such a way that a mixture of old and new assets did not cause confusion.
